What we NEVER store
In-memory only. Never written to disk. Enforced by TypeScript at compile time — passing raw text to the audit log is a compilation error.
Sub-processor: OpenAI (AI inference)
Layers 3, 4, and 5 send anonymised, PII-redacted text to OpenAI for keyword extraction, semantic embeddings, and requirement review. OpenAI applies 30-day abuse-monitoring retention under its standard API tier. Data is not used to train models. EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) apply for cross-border transfers.

What Joblama is
A B2C writing assistant. You use it on your own documents, you see your own score, you decide what to do with the feedback. We help you improve your CV — nothing more.
What Joblama is not
An employer-facing ranking system. No recruiter ever sees your individual score. Annex III of the EU AI Act (high-risk recruitment AI) does not apply by design.
Joblama uses AI to give you a private, actionable second opinion on your own application materials. The applicant is the operator — all outputs are advisory and visible only to you.
